YFC accomplishes it's mission with these local ministry programs.
Campus Life is Youth for Christ’s outreach to high school and middle school campuses. It combines healthy relationships with creative programs to help young people make good choices, establish a solid foundation for life, and positively impact their schools.
By combining excellent programming, loving relationships and intentionally sharing Christ, we share God’s story with youth across Tuscaloosa. All are welcome no matter their background or experience attending church.
Parent Life reaches expectant and parenting teens and their children through intentional relationships with trained adults and community partnerships, empowering the teens to make good choices and encouraging them to further their education and move toward independent living and become life-long followers of Jesus Christ.
It seeks to provide physical, social, emotional, and spiritual support to parenting and pregnant teenage girls. Through love, encouragement and guidance, the ministry of Parent Life helps young mothers find balance and direction in their lives.
Our Parent Life program has a 95% graduation rate in the last 9 years, while the national average graduation rate for pregnant teens hovers around 40%, according to the National Conference of State Legislators.
CORE
Youth for Christ’s CORE emphasizes growing authentic, loving relationships with other students. It’s done through training high school students the principals of 3Story in order to effectively share their faith in a loving way.
3Story is a way of life that guides followers of Christ to BE good news while telling stories of THE Good News. It is a way of seeing how the relationships we have with other people and God can be connected and grown. 3Story is not an evangelism tool or method, it is who we want to be and how we want to live.

Juvenile Justice Ministry (JJM)
Tuscaloosa YFC's next ministry thrust is JJM. JJM reaches incarcerated youth with the the Good News of Jesus Christ. Currently our focus is aftercare for youth who have recently left the Juvenile Detention Center. If interested in joining us in this vital work please contact us.
