“A Safe, Cool Place for Kids”

That’s it. When a recent visitor to our new Teen Center called it a “safe, cool place for kids” he absolutely nailed it. This is a place where high school kids will want to hang out. And it’s a place that parents and adults can be assured that kids will be safe and influenced by great Christian role models.
Over the last few weeks our new Teen Center has transformed from a large building at a great location to a phenomenal tool to influence the youth of Tuscaloosa. Dozens of friends have given time, skills, knowledge and funds to refurbish the new space. And on January 27 many joined us for our official Grand Opening. Your gifts have provided a great blessing to the youth of Tuscaloosa.
In this issue of the YFC newsletter you will see pictures of kids enjoying the new Teen Center and hear stories of kids whose lives are being radically altered by God’s love. We invite you to drop by for a tour. Staff are usually hear from 8-5 Monday through Friday and we would love to meet you here at another time if you can give us a heads up.
